· Marijuana use is prohibited everywhere.
Even if you have a medical card and it's legal, marijuana is not permitted on the property. Fines* will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, such as smell, sight, or complaints of smoke.
*$200.00 cleaning charge
Cleaning fee is for general cleaning
· Dispose of all trash in the entrance dumpster.
· We are not responsible for items left behind.
· Wash all dishes.
· Do not exceed the confirmed occupancy.
· Late checkout: $25/hour (first hour), then $15/hour after.
· Early check-in: $25 fee.
